At Wheelie Kids, safety is central to every hire and supervised session. Our equipment is inspected and maintained, and clear operating instructions are provided to help schools, OSHC services, event organisers and private hirers use it safely and confidently.

Please download and review the relevant documents before your booking. All supervising adults should understand the operating instructions, safety controls and emergency procedures before participants use the equipment.

Please contact us if your school, OSHC service, council or event organiser requires copies before confirming a booking.

Supervision Requirements

Wheelie Kids offers fully supervised sessions, as well as self-supervised hire options for selected equipment.

For self-supervised hires, the nominated responsible adult must:

• Read the relevant user manual before operation

• Complete the required pre-use checks

• Maintain active supervision at all times

• Keep the correct electric-kart remote immediately available

• Follow all capacity, surface and operating restrictions

• Stop using and isolate any equipment that appears damaged or unsafe

Important Safety Notice

These documents support the safe recreational use of Wheelie Kids equipment. They do not replace original manufacturer instructions, venue-specific risk assessments, your organisation’s supervision policies or emergency procedures.

Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided. If anything appears damaged, unusual or unsafe, stop use immediately and contact Wheelie Kids.
