COME TO US & PARTY 

If you are looking for a great venue to have a Wheelie Kids Party, come to our hall at Windsor Gardens.
Simply bring your food, drinks etc. It’s an action packed 2 hour party guaranteed to keep the kids entertained. The Wheelie Kids Operator starts with a five minute safety talk then we run 45 minutes of rides. The rides are timed at 3 minutes, which ensures all the children enjoy the variety of vehicles that we bring. We then have a 15 minute food and drink break. The kids then have another 45 minutes of rides and we finish off with a 15 minute break for birthday cake, at which time we get the balloons and lolly bags ready to hand to the children as they leave. 

Saturday: 9:30am–11:30am, 12:30pm–2:30pm, 3:30pm-5:30pm
Sunday: 12:30pm-2:30pm, 3,30pm - 5-30pm
Weekday after school parties: 4:00pm-6:00pm
Weekdays and School Holidays on Application

Included in package:

• lolly bags with 50g racing car lollies for each child
• Printed Wheelie Kids balloon on a stick for each child
• Wheelie Kids Drivers License / name tag (print from website, once printed you could laminate them)
• Invitations (print from website)
• Hall hire

Optional Extras:

• Helium upgrade $1.50 per balloon (these are tied to the children’s party chairs which adds a great decoration to the party table)

• An Espresso Essential coffee machine is now available to you and your guests (self serve) at $3 per cup for Cappuccino, Caffe Latte, Mochaccino, Hot Chocolate, Flat White, Espresso short and long. We also have tokens available if you would like to provide this for your guests.

HALL HIRE CONDITIONS

You have 30 minutes prior to the party starting to bring in your food etc and 30 minutes at the end of your party to pack up. As other party guests are expected these times must be strictly adhered to. As your hall hire is included in the above rates we are unable to extend the hall hire time.

The hall has a no smoking and no alcohol policy.

No electrical appliances are allowed to be brought into the hall by the client.

Kitchen and hall must be left clean and floors swept where food and drinks consumed. Any spills to be moped up immediately.

Rubbish to be placed in provided bin.

If these conditions are not suitable for your party then we are more than happy to come to a hall that you hire.

Whether your party is at home or you have hired your own hall, Wheelie Kids can provide the entertainment to make your party one the kids will remember.

OPTION 2:
The hourly rate includes unlimited children and is also suitable for parties at home or in halls.
